"Schella Radford is the true epitome of a professional educator. She is dedicated to helping and instructing her students on their road toward college. She is well-planned every day and thoroughly ready when her students arrive. She teaches the primary Special Day Class at Hollingworth Elementary School, planting a seed in every one of her students that reads, “If you dream it, you can achieve it!” Her loving, nurturing and patient ways let her students know that she is truly there for each child. Without fail, her students make tremendous growth both academically and socially every year. She is constantly learning new ideas to improve herself and to be able to support her students and colleagues. Aside from teaching, she serves on Hollingworth’s School Site Council and helps run the after-school tutoring program. She is a great supporter of AVID and is always willing to support the school community by being an active participant in many activities. Schella is a dynamic leader, her positive influence is infectious and makes a huge difference at Hollingworth Elementary. She is a dynamic role-model to all educators across the Rowland Unified School District."
